At our fitness camp, we offer three distinctive programs; the fitness program, transformation program, and weight loss program. No matter which program you choose, you will have full access to all of the classes we offer. Our classes include various types of yoga, cross training, body 360, the weekly nutrition seminar, spin, glute builder, and many more. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a comprehensive fitness experience that is tailored to their individual needs and designed to achieve their specific goals. CROSS TRAINING
Cross training is one of the toughest classes on our schedule. These classes are more than enough to kick-start your metabolism for the day.
Workouts are different for every class, you and your body will never know what to expect. A week of our cross training classes will have you feeling muscles that you didn’t know you had.
We have some of Asia’s top CrossFit competitors as coaches here at camp, so you know you are guided by an elite crew.
This class is a natural progression from body360. It will see you utilize all of the skills that you have learned in strength and technique class. This is the ultimate workout, functional fitness, meets gymnastics, meets mobility and agility.
The energy of this class is infectious, and it is addictive. As soon you master one skill you will be eager to add weight, do more reps or increase speed.
BODY360
Body360 is a fully-body cardio circuit. Get your pump on as you work through the sequence of exercises, working all-out for 40 seconds, with enough time to rest and get to your next station within the minute.
From newbie to old-hat, all movements are fully scalable to where ever you are on your fitness journey. Our coaches will work with you to find a variation of each movement that works for you, and will stick with you, as you move through the progressions with time. Designed to hit every body party in one hour, we don’t call it body 360 for nothing. Our long-term clients see amazing results from this class. The tunes are pumping, and so will you be. It is a lot of work and a lot of fun.
BUDDHA RUN
Sitting peacefully atop Chalong’s rolling hills, we are blessed to have Big Buddha watching over the whole of the Island.
At 7am every Wednesday morning, we set-off in the Titan-truck. Starting from the foot of the hills, together we start the climb to the top. Walking, running, jogging or whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5km and steep incline meet Thailand’s largest Buddha. It is worth it alone for the best views of the bay, you might even meet a monkey or two along the way.
Our more competitive Titans revisit Buddha week after week, trying to shave seconds of their time and get on our famous leaderboard!
HYROX
Our HYROX class is a high-intensity workout designed to push your limits and build your endurance. Combining functional strength training with cardio-intensive exercises, this class mimics the challenges of a HYROX competition. You’ll work through a series of stations that include rowing, sled pushes, wall balls, and more, all designed to improve your power, speed, and stamina. Whether you’re preparing for your next HYROX event or just looking for a new way to challenge yourself, this class offers the perfect blend of strength and endurance training. BOOT CAMP
Welcome to our intense and exhilarating Military Bootcamp, where we take fitness to the next level and push you to your physical limits!
Prepare yourself for a challenging experience that will test your mental and physical endurance. Our program is designed to emulate the strict standards of the military, providing you with a taste of the discipline and dedication required to succeed.
In this high-energy class, you can expect plenty of shouting and encouragement in true military style. One of the highlights of our bootcamp is the incorporation of our military assault course. SPIN + SPIN CORE
Our spin on Spinning! Working between the bike and bodyweight exercises, our evening spin classes will have you in a whirl. Monday-Friday we mix it up with Spin-core classes and Spinning for the ultimate sweat-sesh. This hour is non-stop, max effort with a super playlist and a stunning view as the sun sets over Big Buddha and on a great day’s training. We work as a team, 2 persons share one bike, while one is on the bike the coach has fun exercises for the other one.
FLOW AND GO: LOW-IMPACT, HIGH-CALORIE BURN

In this class, we’re all about fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among our members. It’s time to unleash your competitive spirit and work together with your new Titan team mates.
Throughout this session, you will engage in a series of measured challenges that will test your physical capabilities. This class is designed to bring out your team’s best performance and encourage you to work collectively towards a common goal.
While the emphasis is on working hard for your team, we also prioritize fun and enjoyment in this class. We believe that fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable, so expect a healthy dose of laughter and good vibes. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Our daily Strength and Technique classes focus on a different muscle group or movement each day. A relaxed tempo allows Titan newbies the time to get comfortable with specific lifting styles, while those with more experience can build weight or experiment with technique. The emphasis is on technique, not cardio.
Our coaches are highly detail-oriented; sometimes, a shift in weight or a change of grip can help even the most seasoned lifters improve. The attention and guidance offered are exceptional! This class will give you the confidence to perform at high volume and speed in your cross-training courses. Whether it’s bench, deadlift, or gymnastics skills—even our long-stay clients learn something new in every Strength and Technique class.
Thursday’s Skills and Drills sessions vary weekly, featuring bodyweight movements, kettlebell drills, gymnastics, agility ladder drills, and more.
STRETCH & RECOVERY
Mobility, recovery and stretching are central to our holistic approach to health and fitness. With specialist backgrounds in yoga, physiotherapy and injury prevention, our experts know that the key to building muscle is in the recovery stage. These sessions are integral to general health and to maximise performance in your training. Iron out those niggles, stretch those hard-working muscles, identify imbalances and improve your overall flexibility, mobility and stability; held three times a week, these are not to be missed.
BEACH WORKOUT
The fun doesn’t stop on the weekends at Titan. On Saturday mornings we hit the road to explore the stunning beaches of Phuket’s coastline. Each week brings a new workout, with our Titans inevitably ending up splashing in the sea. Training and tanning all at once, what could be better. Expect sun, sand and sit-ups.
FRIDAY NIGHT DRINKS
At our fitness camp, we understand that balance is key to a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we offer a delightful and relaxing weekly Friday drinks event for our Titan’s. This is a well-deserved opportunity to unwind after a week of hard work and dedication to your fitness goals. Our Friday drinks event provides a laid-back atmosphere where you can socialise, connect with fellow campers, and enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice. Whether it’s a mocktail, a protein shake, or a healthy smoothie, we offer a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences and fitness needs. Cathy Batchelor: From the moment I arrived and checked in, I felt very welcome by the friendly staff on reception. We were shown around at the outset, and then free to join our classes. I chose the all inclusive option for training and meals. There are a good variety of classes, and the trainers explain all the stations/exercises at the start of every session. This is great if you’re new, or just forget what is involved. I also noted as well as variety, the trainers varied the content of the classes. There was a very good atmosphere at Titan. Everyone was very friendly and supportive with great teamwork, which is fantastic as everyone has their own level of fitness and journey. I also enjoyed the sauna, which is an interesting experience in the heat and humidity, and I used the ice bath, which as intended, was freezing!
