Our outdoor bootcamp serves as the ultimate location for our group exercise classes, providing a refreshing and invigorating atmosphere for participants to engage in dynamic and high-energy workouts led by experienced instructors. With the beautiful backdrop of nature, participants can experience the camaraderie and motivation of exercising in a group while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and natural surroundings. One of our newest additions to our fitness camp is an exciting outdoor assault course, designed to push participants to their limits with various obstacles such as walls, ropes, balance beams, and monkey bars, providing a challenging and exhilarating experience that will test their strength, agility, and mental resilience while improving overall fitness levels. We also offer a 40-metre sprint track and a basketball hoop to help participants improve their speed, agility, and cardiovascular endurance while enjoying the thrill of competitive basketball games with fellow camp mates and coaches, fostering a fun, supportive, and dynamic fitness community.
